haha. Nah, the money is the same but the economy isn't. 
That AMG armrest is pretty jazzy...the other mods are cool too. It's time for some performance gain upgrades!

He's missing the same piece I am. I had a Close Encounter Of The 3rd Kind with one of those concrete blocks at the end of a parking space, and as I pulled back out of the space, it caught on that now-missing bar and yanked it right out. I tried to put it back on myself but wasn't successful, and it ended up falling off on the freeway 
I think it costs about $120 for the part - and then you have to have it painted to match the front bumper, because the "raw" part is unpainted. Still haven't gotten around to replacing mine yet ...

New Member here, Just bought this great W208
Hey all, just bought this 01 CLK 55 last week from a private party who took great care of the car. I had been researching for weeks on these cars. I have previously owned an 05 GTO, a corvette a mustang and several older 60's muscle cars and currently have a Volvo V70R wagon for winter driving and the wife drives a Lincoln LS V8 Sport. so this is a definite move up even considering the age of the car. It has 65K miles and looks showroom new, only had to replace the tires this weekend. well that's my story so far! This car pulls like a monster and sounds great even with the stock exhaust system IMHO.
