Switching Xenon from left to right dip

Hi I have a W208 2002 CLK 55 AMG and as I am going to be spending some time in Europe I would like to know where the switch is to change the dipping on the lights from left to right.I have been told that maybe as my Xenons are self leveling they may be switchable.The main dealer is a bit vague.Could someone advise me please.
