Slk55 Brake Caliper Fitment On W208??

I would like to know if anyone has info on whether or not 2005 SLK55 brake calipers will fit on a 99 CLK430 front and back?,any info appreciated.

If your car is stock then the answer is No.
You should have at least 18 inch wheels to fit those calipers.
Also the offset of the wheels should be enough for the caliper clearance as well.Brake Mounts... you need to find a shop that will modify yours to fit that brake kit.

What about using the calipers from a W208 CLK55 on a CLK430, would that be a direct bolt-on upgrade?

Yes it would be a direct bolt on.

I am trying to do the same thing to me w210 E320. I've been looking for w210 E55 or w208 CLK55 calipers for the longest time though and they arent easy to come by.

Rotors are expensive too at $500 for pair since the rotors are "floating" rotors with Aluminum hats.

That will be my brake upgrade then... What do they run new from the dealership? Maybe you could go that route.

How about trying a set of SLK55 (171) 6 piston calipers with 2 piece rotors??
