what are the biggest size tires u can

what are the biggest size tires u can

fit on the 2006 clk 55 18 inch rims?
I just want more rubber front and rear than the stock sizes to help handling and grip.
Are the stock sizes the best possible option?

the biggest ive ran was a 275 on a 19x9.5 wheel..doesn't know if that helps any but just thought i'd put my input. You should state your offset and the width of your wheels that should help you out and others to figure out how wide you can go.

oh no i was talking about the biggest tires sizes

for the stock AMG wheels. The 18 inch wheels on the 2006 clk55.

I have 18" monoblocks on my W208 and i'm running 275's in the rear without a problem and 235's up front. What kind of tires are you running? I highly recommend Toyo RA1's
