Bluetooth Adapter for '04 CLK55...

The CLK55 I just bought has the integrated phone installed, but the Motorola V60 phone is missing. The sales mgr told me it's outdated anyway, so I should just install the Motorola bluetooth adapter that sits in the existing cradle. I would then be able to use my Blackberry or V3 with it.

What experience can anyone share with me regarding this set-up? Told me dealership cost is $300 - is that right? Thanks for your help!

I'm not sure if yours is different or not but I have an 03 and I just bought the BT puck and now I'm using my K1 kRazer. It also worked with my old crap LG phone with bluetooth. The down fault is that it uses your phone antenna rather than the cars.

I just plug press the button and search on the phone. It will ask for passcode which is printed on the bottom of the puck. After entered it works like a charm. With my motorola it display my phonebook on the dash but I believe it does not with my LG for some reason.
