Within the next week I plan to tint windows - it's a must here in Vegas. Does anyone have advise as to (1) the best type of tint to use, (2) any problem tinting small window in soft-top and (3) anything unique about tinting a 02' CLK55 Cab? Thanks.

tint it all and tint it dark
here in FL it is also a must - I have limo all around - with a very light coat of tint on the windshield as well and a windshield strip

Dont do anything lighter than 20%....With 5%, the cops might hassle you.

In So Cal I am sure the tint-police are out - thankfully here in FL - it is usually not an issue. Even my Wife's C-32 has limo all around but nothing on the windshield. The things we do to look good...

I've used Llumar tint on all my cars. It works great, and it is the brand that a lot of good tint shops prefer.
