Tranny flush and Oil Change

Just got back from getting my trans serviced and getting an oil change. I don't know if the car feels any better, but I certainly do. We just drained the pan then took it off cleaned it, and put a new gasket and filter, then filled her up with about 4 liters of Mercedes tranny fluid. THANKS MBENZMAN for the help.

If you drop the pan are you getting all the old out or is there some left in there?

No, it has a sealed torque converter, so it would require more work to get all the fluid out. I figured the fluid didn't lok so bad, so I will change it again in another 15,000 miles, but I won't change the filter. I'll change the filter every other time. Also I drove the car about 60 miles tonight and it shifts smooth, just like the day I bought it.

It can't be sealed on the 55. My 430 has a drain bolt on the torque converter. You have to turn the converter 360 degree to find the bolt.

Your 430 probably is a 99 or 2000. They stopped putting in the drain bolt on the torque converter in late 2000.
