CLS55 Wheels on W209 CLK55?

CLS55 Wheels on W209 CLK55?
Hi Everyone,
I have the opportunity to purchase new CLS55 AMG wheels and was wondering if they would fit on my car. I have a 2005 CLK55 AMG. There specs on the CLS wheels are:
Front: 19x8.5 et25
Rear: 19x9.5 et28
If I put 235/35/19's on the front and 265/30's on the rear, would that work on my car? Would it be flush with the fender? I believe the bore is 66.56 on these wheels and the bolt pattern is 5x112. Also, I do not plan on lowering my car, so i'm hoping these aggressive offsets will work.
