Radiator Suction Fan Setting/AKA-10*c Mod
Hi Folks: Lets see if I can Help with what little knowledge I have on MB Star Diag. As you know everybody wants to Know about the "-10Cmod" For the Radiator Fans. ( thanks VICTOR) 
Well The MD dealer"s Service writer and the Tech may not be aware at all about what your Talking About 
and being unfamiliar , may not be willing to accept your request 
So I went to my MOD friendly MD dealer that has a COOL SLR certified Tech 
Here is the the path on Star Diag
Engine & body style year Choice, or what ever you have ? sample below 1999
430 208.370 {Select}
Control Units {Select}
ME2-SFT Motor Electronics {Select}
Control Unit Adaptations {Select}
Electronic Suction Fan {Select}

When I did this to my wife's ML55, even though told her, she keeps telling me her coolant temp. gauge is messing up because it doesn't go above 80 deg. anymore.
As a clarification, you will increase the value, not decrease as you would think, when adjusting it.
