Anybody pull their resonator off & replace it with a straight pipe? Your old one just laying around collecting dust. I need one for some testing . Inlet & outlet Diameters should be close to 3" or 73.6 mm. Contact ___PTE___

The 2003 CLK55 doesn't have a resonator....why do you want one?

I know that ,You know that . But what you don't know is ? that with My motor went from a N/A To a Kompressor with Ported heads . The old set up had Kleemann Headers & 200 cell cats. The sound war RIGHT. Now with the ported heads & a Kompressor , and much more aggressive cam grind. I'm sure it will develop a exhaust Drone as it comes up on the cam. . Maybe some took one off a W-208 Cabriolet ___PTE___

Thanks for the offers. I finally settled on a 3" race muffler from Vibrant performance. Please excuse my P-poor writing grammar. That is what happens when I'm off my Meds I have a very short Attention Span

Yes Patrick and I am using a 3" Vibrant reso on my car. It's a nice piece. Car will still be loud WOT to folks on the outside. But is not obnoxious at all under normal driving.
