My clk 55 amg overheating to 100 degrees
the car starts normally rides normally, and everythign is fine , theres no warning signs on the dashboard or anything but my temperature guage on my dashboard is at 100 degrees all the time, is that normal for a 55 amg, I have a 2003 clk 55 amg and if thats not normal what could be the problems,
Im abit worried as I dont want to be burning out anything, please advise,
Thanks (from the Uk )
There is another post on this where one person mentioned that the thermostat is set for 87 deg. C and that in traffic and hot weather 100 C is not unusual. See the thread here https://mbworld.org/forums/clk55-amg-clk63-amg-w208-w209/217007-clk55-running-hot.html
Hope this helps,
Bob
