Just curious,
I know you had mentioned that all AMG 63s are around 420rwh.
But why is the CLK63 rated @ 475hp instead of 518 like in others?

The answer is marketing. Your highest end vehicle has the highest HP rating.

This is why E55 was rated 469 HP and SL, S and CL55s were rated at 493 HP.

Both produced very similar 410-420 RWHP.

Thanks for responding to my question.
I realize 420rwp is pretty respectable, but I would be pissed if my 518 hp car had the same rwh numbers as the CLK 475hp.
