The E63's wheels' lug bolt seats are different. They use 14mm ball seat bolts while CLK55s use 12mm ball seat bolts.
There are 'hybrid' bolts for these though.
I toyed with the idea for a while but alas I sold the car before I got the chance to.

yes they will. I know for a fact they fit, as I used them to roll on for about 30 minutes. You will either need to use the hybrid bolts as holson stated above, or you will need to get the holes drilled out. Originally Posted by DMW

Tires on the E63 will not work for the CLK though....you probably know that.
