yeah, if people are willing to spend another $20k for the E55. AMG probably didn't want to upset the weight distribution of the 209 CLK55, that's why they didn't put the kompressor on top. Just my guess.

According to the MBUSA website, the new W209 CLK55 will have 362 hp and 376 ft-lb. of torque (same torque rating as the outgoing W208 CLK55).

20 extra hp, but the W209 is about 300-400 lbs heavier than the outgoing model. Should make for some interesting comparisons

i thought it has more torque...oh well...:P i was wrong.

It's still good though. I've checked out the car at the LA auto show. the interior is very nice. I like the seat much better then the seat in my car. especially with that Silver AMG plaque on the back of the seat, looks very cool. I wonder if the steering wheel can be used in the C32 though. Really like the steering wheel speedshift buttoms.

well, the C32 does have the speedshift. I just want to know if the steering wheel that now comes with the up and down shift buttom will work on C32 like they work in the CLK55, E55, S55, CL55, and the SL55.
