Is that an 05 CLK55? I can't see the other dual exhaust in the picture, looks like an 03 or 04.

 

I don't see it as a big deal I have seen many destroyed AMGs in the shop that came out looking perfect. The fact that he lives in Africa is a disadvantage to him and the dealer will most likely not care nor will the next person notice it has been in an accident. Ask them for a discount test drive it and buy it if you like it. A door is not that big of a deal to get worked up over especially if they are replacing the whole door. Just make sure the seams in the door have the same gap all the way around. This is the easiest way to tell if the car has been in an accident.
