will a 255 or 245 fit on a 7.5 inch wide wheel? I'm thinking of these tires

for your new record. You bettered me . I had the Same traction issues. on my Nittos 245 X 17 Drag Radials. The best I was ever able to @ The slipperly **** Moroso Track in West Palm Beach was a 12.66 ET. I have a Time slip for proof posted on Drag Times. Then I installed a Quaife , and went on a road trip from Hobe Sound to Syacuse. I had my tires shipped up there. Went to ESTA Drag Strip in Clay N.Y. , NE of Syacuse . It was a Cool fall Day.The track was prepped right.On my 1st pass. The car felt real good. I got the time slip & Just about fell over. I swear we did the exact same time & MPH. The big disappointment was I lost the time slip

There is a guy on this site who goes by the screen name of drb930.
I found his claim on another forum in this site.
He drives a stock 2002 C230 Coupe, and states in writing that it runs 10.90 at 125 MPH!!!!!!!!!!
Undoubtedly the fastest production MBZ on the planet! He must have a room full of trophies!!
We are all driving slugs! LOL...I think I'm going to off my CLK55 in favor of the faster C230 Coupe!!!!!!!!!
