Drove a new '03 CLK55 yesterday. It was black w/charcoal. Available at MSRP. Dallas dealer. My impressions were much like others have posted. Terrific brakes. Different 'feel' from my '01 CLK55. I like most of the changes but hate the aluminum trim. Would much prefer the burled walnut but am told I cannot order it. Was told if I do order the walnut that Mercedes will just ignore. Does anyone know for sure if the preceeding is true??????? My '03 CLK55 will supposedly be built middle of March. I think the seat feel quite different than my '01 55. Couldn't find the supercharge option on the order forms. Pity.

 

if i were you i'd just get the clk55
yoiu can order the wood separately or get it from somewhere...i am sure theres someone selling



btw i prefer the aluminum ...its sportier
