New Rims, You think i need to lower my car??

Normally, I'm an OEM kind of guy, but if you dropped it a little (ie. no need to tuck the tires under the wheel well), it'll look even better.
By the way, love the tonneau cover/speedster look.

I have H&R springs and Koni sport shocks and don't have problems with speed bumps,...we don't have many anyway, only around the mall.

How much do H&R sprigns lower the car, and if I lower it, would it be smart to change suspension, or will it be fine stock?
The springs will lower your car 1", and yes it is recomended to change your shocks to Konis or Bilsteins, because the standard shocks will wear out soon with the added pressure of being compressed all the time. Konis are adjustables, so you can fit them to your preference, Bilsteins are stiff.

i think the short spokes makes it look like 18's and also because it's a 3 piece wheel. this is what i've noticed with a lot of multi-piece whees.

Tight looking setup trock, good taste. The only height issue that stands out is a little in the front. I'm not sure if it's recommended, but you may want to see if just dropping the front, and leaving the rear the way it is would be feasible.
The extra weight in the rear from the convertible mechanism may be enough to get away with leaving it stock. Also, IMO it will give it a more agressive look.
The tuners on the forum should know if this has ever been done and what it'll look like.
Good luck, and whatever you do, post some after pics.

or, if you haven't changed the spring pads on the car, you can always bump them to a lower # pad. The MB pads are ~5-10 bucks a piece and just sit on top of you springs. I'm sure you'd save a bunch of $$$$ with both parts and labor. If I remember correctly, the fronts have #4 pads that are 17mm, and rear pads are #2, 9mm (CLK55). If you go down to a #1 pad in the front, you'll gain ~3/4 of an inch.
But be careful of you camber specs, they'll go more negative by ~-.5. You shouldn't be more than -1.3 to -1.5 in the front and -1.2 to -1.65 in the rear.
This might be enough to give it the look you want, while maintaining the integrity of the factory system.
