Location Of ECU ?

Location Of ECU ?
Does anyone know where and how to get to the ECU on the CLK55 ? For the money I may just try the power chip out - I figure I spend more on dry cleaning a month so what the hell

Remind me next time I/you call. Basically, it's inside the black plastic box under the hood, directly in front of the passenger seat. But you want to be sure you take out the right one (there are 3 inside).

What to do ?

what would you reccomend I do instead of the chip ? if I was to put in 1200 into a quick upgrade for performance, what is your sugestion? evro - pulleys, ? give me your two cents. Thanks in advance :p
