I'm due for a B service, got some brake squeal, and I don't think the trans fluid has been done. OUCH!
This will actually be my first trip to the shop since buying my 2002 CLK55 1 year ago. Any tips or advice? I'm planning to go to a private shop instead of the dealer. I found some good ones around Chicago.

No I have not. I will take a look but just found a great independent mechanic. They charge $90 for an oil change and check over the entire car (basically a B service). Gonna do my trans fluid too.
