MB Service ripped the vinyl on dashboard.
Anyway, they have fixed everything that the car needed done but had to keep the car an extra couple days as they cracked a part of the dashboard just above where the wood trim is. I got the car back yesterday and they have basically just used some sort of filler to repair the dash board.
Is this normal ? I was really under the impression that they would have replaced the trim part instead of just repairing it with a noticable filler.
I'm really quite dissapointed as the service was around 3000 bucks and I intended to spend more money on the car to make it as new as possible.

This is very frustrating. This would never be questioned in Australia. They would just change the part.
Goes to show that in Europe the customer isn't always right.
The annoying thing to think is that it gets damaged in the place where you go to take it for a repair. haha.
Anyway. I will just wait now. Maybe the other guy will suggest it's replaced.
