Winter is coming!
Winter is around the corner!!!
... what kind of wheels are safe to leave on during the winter? Of course the factory AMG's... but just curious what else are safe... i have HRE's Brushed aluminum with polished lips.. definelty taking them off.. but if i bought aftermarket powdercoated wheels.. can i leave em on? how bout aftermarket alloys?

Its not about your rims as much as it is about the tires your running your car on
if you live in a heavy snow area I would say put a cheap set of rims during winter if your afraid of scratching them if not then get a good set of snow tires and you should be good

i run my stock 17's with Dunlop Wintersports when the snow starts falling. No way are the 19's seeing the sand and salt.
