Decided to make the move to a 911
AFter much going back and forth I decided to sell the CLK55.
This is a really hard choice for me. As I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about the CLK55. Power is excellent, great interior, sound ride. Great gas mileage, I am averaging 23mpg, and a high of 27.5mpg Not to mention the car looks great.
However, I have a uber soft spot for 911's, going all the way back when I was little. I hung my first 911 poster when I was 6 years old It
looked much like this. 87 Cab -
I still wish I never got rid of my 99 996 C2.
My prey will be a little newer, Ideally I'll be looking for a 2004 40th anniversary coupe. So the hunt starts. Just thought I would share.
In case anyone is wondering, I did post the car up for sale here.

I won't be leaving the forum, MB has way to many interesting cars to keep me here.

GL,
Just got back from a Porsche driving clinic put on by my local dealer. Got to drive a C2 and Caymen S. What a rush. Caymen was great with that engine. Appeared to have better handling than the C2. Didn't knock over any cones as I did with the C2 coming out of a corner under power (stepping out the tail ). Could have been the tires as well. They already removed the Boxter S by the time I got there because tire tread separation after hot laps. Fun part was the hot laps with the Porsche Instructors.
All cars had PDK, no Chrono, unfortunately.
