Antifreee Service Schedule Question

The service manual on a 2004 CLK 55 says change antifreeze at 150K miles or 15 years. If I have no leaks should I really wait that long?

My moto is "if in doubt, change it".

Fresh fluids are always better than old.

I think I flushed mine at 5 or 6 years old. I only had about 40K miles on her at the time. I figured better get everything changed at the five year mark. Maybe do it again at the ten year mark?

5 years or 60,000 miles is a decent rule. Also, I flush the power steering fluid at the same time (I think a lot of people overlook this until they are buying a new steering rack).
