2002 clk55 convertible latch problem

Hi, The latch that hold the convertible down to the top of the windshield is loose and rattles when I drive ...does anyone know how to fix it?and how to remove the cover to get to the latch?( it is only the one on the driver's side)

same problem

I'm having the same issues tried removing top (BLACK) liner but no luck there are screws under the weather stripping but that holds the track for mweather strip do i go from under where the visors are? HELP
