Angry it shouldn't be this difficult

So I ordered the parts (springs, shocks, 19" wheels) from Brabus under the assumption that Brabus will find me the installer and all labor costs will be included in the package price. all is well, i get the parts in, i call the place that they had supposedly found to install my parts, the place is a bodyshop and they said they are not specialized in that kinda work. So i asked them, fine don't install the springs and shocks, at least roll the fenders for me and they said they don't want to do that either. This is a Mercedes Benz dealer, same place i bought my car. The dealers doesn't want to install my springs and shocks either. I called Brabus back and asked them what the hell is going on? this is after 10 different calls between the dealer and Brabus and looking for other people who would install the parts that i already bought. It has been such a cat and mouse game that i have come a point i don't want the parts anymore.

The Mercedes dealers have the worst customer service ever, and not only me, but a few other owners have agreed with me. they don't care about their own customers or mercedes owners.

Sorry to here about your troubles.
May I suggest going to the Tire Rack? I believe they can do everything except roll the finders. I would find a custom body shop that knows how to do it right. Even if you have to pay for it, at least it would be done, where, when and how you want it.
Maybe Brabus would be willing to credit you back some installtion money? I've never heard of any supplier offering to pay for an outside vendor installation. Usually you buy the parts and they might try and recommend an installer.
Best of luck to ya,
Tim

installing the springs might not be the problem.. i need to find someone who will roll the fenders for me.. i live in a small town where all it is almost impossible to find someone who will do it.
