Will these W209 wheels fit my W208?

I found a set of 18 in AMG OEM W209 wheels I might buy. I am kinda new to fitting larger wheels and wondering if they will fit my 2002 CLK55 without spacers and/or if they will rub?
From this forum - W208
Front Wheels: (Super Lite Aluminum Alloy) F 7.5 in x 17 (Offset 37mm)
Rear Wheels: (Super Lite Aluminum Alloy) R 8.5 in x 17 (Offset 30mm)

I have 18" OEM CLK55 AMG wheels from the 2003-2006(W209) on my 01 55 AMG(W208) and they fit just fine,i also have 225 front tires and 275 rears which are a must with all this torque.....and they look incredible check out my album for more pics
