upgrading w208/amg springs/shocks
im looking into upgrading my springs and shocks for a more sportier and tighter handeling but i am having the issue of which to get because my rims are 20". i have Nitto 225/35ZR20 all around and currently have know rubbing issues. i was looking in H&R springs and bilstein sport shocks( i think stock is Bilstein HD right?). what this cause me to rub at all? im also looking at taking the car to the track once in a while.

I think I'm gonna leach on this thread. I seen a set of 1.5 inch voght drop springs with matching KGB struts. Will they help the handling on the clk 55? Also h&r makes sway bars for the amg; are they stock replacements or upgraded?thx

Eibach sways are stock. Bilstein dampers.
For track use, you may consider picking up another set of wheels and tires...saves your street tires from getting toasted.
Look into KW variant 2 - blackbenzz and neilbo have that setup.

yea i was really looking into another set of wheels/tires i just need to find a good deal on something. i should probably just pick up another set of stock rims, what types of tires do you recommend for the track? i don't think id wanna do slicks somethings between road/track use
the KW looks realllly nice but its a bit out of my price range.

I bought a spare set of monoblocks in 17 for the track with Azenis 615s..will last maybe one more DE before needing replacement.
