2006 CLK55 Cab - help
Hi all,
Just got my white/blk 2006 CLK55 today from NY today...was super filthy from the roadtrip, so I gave it a quick rinse and have really enjoyed driving it tonight. Having owned many cabs in the past including Porsches and my 95 E320 cab, I can honestly say this appears to have the best of both world. In fact, I don't even mind that my S600 V12TT is in the shop, again(ABC dampner under CPO warranty).
Here are some questions I'm hoping you guys can shed some light on:
1. keyless ignition. i tried it several times, but it didn't work like my S600. are there other issues, ie. fuses or add'l batteries that need changing?
2. driver side controls for bolsters/seats - nothing happens. again, fuse? is this common?
3. power trunk, appears to be a bit stuck the last 2". what's common here, and shall I do dealer, or perhaps body shop cheaper?
4. temp control's off - "low" and 61 degree works, but at 62 deg up, and HOT air come out. it acts like 62 is 78 degrees in my other MB. is that sensor?
5. need extra key, who's got best price to order replacement?
