2002 CLK 55 AMG

Will 2001 CLK55 differential fit 2002 CLK55

I have a 2001 CLK55 differential I would like to put on my 2002 CLK55.
Will it fit? I think they have a different final drive. Will that require any additional work?

2002 CLK 55 AMG

I checked and 2001 and 2002 have the same final drive. It is the W209 which has a different one.
