Alignment Issues

i am running 265 30 19's in the rear and 235 35 19's in the front of my car.

i have used 2 seperate alignment shops, one screwed me and my first set of tires by putting me at fac specs. the other did a manual and it didn't work, as i have my rear tires balding on the inner side of the tire.

anyone have the same issues and know how to fix it? i need to buy a new set of rear tires, again for the 3rd time in as many years. debating on whether or not to just go back to the original 17" set.

any and all help would be appreciated.

thanks all.

This is a known issue, particularly if you have lowered the car with lower springs and shocks. Most people get an adjustable rear camber kit like K-Macs. That allows the alignment shop to have more control over the adjustment. That being said, if you car is to low (i.e. tire above the fender) even this may not help. I recommend K-Mac. They also sell a front kit.

I've having the same issue w/ 265/35/18s ...oddly it's only on the right side...I haven't done anything to the suspension...is it worth taking it to the stealership for $100 alignment? picture taken backwards (see tread pattern) of right rear...inner side is worn

Definately go for alignment. Try to find some indy, they should do it a lot cheaper then stealership.

appreciate the responses.

i haven't done any suspension work. actually, i was originally told with the sizes i am running, that it wouldn't be plausible.

either way, i am going to have to buy another set and am going to go to one more shop, a place that everyone that upsizes has been using, and see if it works out.
