Buying a CLK55 today. Is it Designo Blue Slate or Opel Black

Closing on this today. The dealership is telling me it is Opel Black. But I think it is a Designo Slate Blue. Looks kinds of greenish in the pics but it actually looks black in the shade, purpleish blue black in the light.

Is this the Designo Slate Blue?
