Is this a good deal for a 2004 clk55?
I found a 2004 clk55 for sale with 70,000 miles on it. It also has a set of aftermarket 19inch tsw wheel with brand new tires on it. The price is $19,000. Is this a good deal?

For reference I found a certified pre-owned 04 CLK55 @ my local MB dealership with warranty left with 21K miles on it for $23K.
I would nego down, and have an ind inspection performed.
Beware of common issues on high mlg examples which are spendy at the dealership:
Motor mounts, crank position / cam position sensors, mass air sensor, radiator, to name a few.
