2007 clk63 convertible (2nd gear start)
Hello,
I've had my clk63 convertible for about two months now and really enjoy it, the only thing I don't understand is the owners manual says in sport mode it's suppose to start in 1st gear and on comfrot mode it's suppose to start in 2nd gear. Mine starts in 2nd gear in both modes? can anyone confirm this? thanks!

I had a early build 07 clk63 that did the same thing. It would start in 2nd gear in both comfort and in sport modes. The dealership in ATL reflashed the transmission, i think there was a bulletin about it. After that it worked fine. May wan tot check if that was ever done.
