Lamp Warning/Fog Light Help

Lamp Warning/Fog Light Help
I'm getting the lamp warning when turning the headlights on. In checking things out, it appears the fog lights are not turning on through any switch rotation of the headlight knob. I'm guessing (hoping!) that it means an electrical connector or harness has just come disconnected/fallen out. Before I go under the car hunting, anyone have an idea for what/where I should be looking?
And FYI, the fog lights are new, both are not turning on (hence I think it's a wiring thing - assuming both are plugged in to a shared harness/need equal voltage readout to turn on), and I recently had the front bumper replaced, so there's good case for a loose plug being the culprit (again, I'm hoping it is only this!).
