I don't think so.

I think you're vastly underestimating the complexity of building your own headers. Why do you think headers cost so much? Have you ever tig welded before? Welding headers is one of the most technically challenging tig welding projects there are. If you decide to try it out don't forget to back purge the pipes while you're welding. If you don't they're going to crack.

just found this thread. I purchased these eBay headders for my c43 less than a year ago and they are the worst product I ever purchased!!! I understand they are cheap and I went into that knowing it but it has been a nightmare. I figured they would be worth the try but they haven't. Both headder flanges warped after a few months, cyl's 1,4,5, and 8 all leaked. When I pulled them off to fix the flange I found 3 cracks in the left manifold and 4 in the right I am now going to do what I should of done and built my own. I just was lazy and couldn't afford to have down time with my car. When I get the chance I'LL post some pix up of the cracked obx's.

Actually the op headers are not obx. There made by top speed out of texas. The obx headers look totally different.

they also look identical to the headers formerly made by AMS, and later sold by German Power Tuning. I was referred to the ebay vendor by GPT.

Under closer exam you are correct. My experience is with the obx headders. Usually on eBay different sellers sell the same products but with different "brand names" Hopefully These are nothing like the obx's and are a good product. These are the ones I had and DO NOT recommend. Even if they are free http://www.obxracingsports.com/products.php?pk=1840#
