A/C not blowing cold - question

Summer is here and I've got no A/C on my 2002 CLK55. I ran the diags from
http://www.eclassbenz.com/2010/02/ho...-malfunctions/
and here is the output.
1 - 85 (in-car temp)
2 - 145 (temp outside) --????
3 - 84 (heater core temp, left)
4 - 84 (heater core temp, right)
5 - 81 (evaporator core temp)
6 - 214 (engine coolant temp)
7 - 13 (refrigerant pressure)
8 - 127 (refrigerant temp)
Blake from site said I needed a charge but the pressure (#7) is 13. I think #2 (outside temp looks suspicious) Just wondering if anyone has any other comments or advice? I've done a few repairs on this car and charged the A/C in others cars but I know this system is complex. I'm a bit hesitant and concerned about overfilling it.
Are those A/C charge cans with the pressure gauge pretty straightforward for this A/C system? I'm trying to save the $160 it will cost me to take it in for a charge.
Thanks for reading!
