How does this car sound to you? It's already replaced the Valeo issue and no garbage in the transmission. It just passed the Service B. It sounds like a good news, but the price is still kind of steep. If you are going to buy this, how much would you offer?

Looks like he is willing to negotiate the price due to the "cons" that are listed. Looks like it would cost around $1,000 to fix the "cons" I would offer him $16,500 and go from there
Not bad, I'd start a little bit lower. You can always go up. Don't go ridiculously low and insult him though. Use nadaguides.com to give you an idea on value. Most realistic and what many insurance companies use for payouts. KBB is on the highside, and edmunds is usually extremely low.
