CLK55 no radio reception

CLK55 no radio reception
While on vacation my radio reception went to near zero, mostly static. I am suspecting that I may have knocked loose the antenna connection in the trunk but can't find it. In the 2005 CLK is the antenna in the rear window? Is there a antenna booster or amp somewhere? I don't even know where to start. Hopefully just a loose connection. Thanks in advance!

Not sure about the roof connection, but at the head end there is a connection in the rear of the radio. Can't imagine it fell out, but it is just a plug, so I suppose as it's not clamped in, there is a possibility. Though I replaced my head unit, I remember I was able to slide out the console tray (just beneath the radio), which allowed me to reach behind the radio. May be a quick option just to be able to reach in the rear of the radio and feel around that all the connections are there/there are no loose wires hanging out...as opposed to buying keys, pulling out the radio, etc.
