Bad experience with American Tire

So I picked up another pair of Conti DW for the rear. 265/30/19. Had them ordered from American Tire(AKA discount tire.com) nicest people around never thought I would have a problem. I drove all the way up from Petaluma to Santa Rosa because I thought it would be the best shop.. Guess not.. I was in a bit of a hurry to get home so I didn't have time to check the wheels out. But later that night I was looking at them, and whoever removed and rebalanced the wheels used a wire brush or a very rough abrasive. They ended up going all the way through the clear coat and completely scratching the wheel when removing the balance weights. Instead of using a couple truck weights they stuck 10 little weights on one wheel. 3 wheels were scratched with all of the sticky gone from the weights and the last rear wheel only had 2 weights and it looks like they realized they f***** up and stopped on the last wheel.. really, they couldn't stop the first time they messed up... One of the wheels also appeares to have had a screwdriver used to remove the weights but it looks like as soon as he scratched it they stopped using that. I just bought these wheels less than 8 months ago from sonic tuning and they were literally PERFECT, not a scratch. Here are some pics. what would you guys do? I honestly expect them to buy new wheels, this is totally not acceptable. and a touch up job would probably end up costing more as the wheels are only $699 from sonic tuning.

Call the main branch and send them those pictures. They should replace your rims.

So they are offering to have the wheels repainted. They said they will give me a set of spare wheels while I wait.
