City/Parking Light, help please.
Hi Guys,
I could not take the yellow parking lights anymore so I purchased a set of the LED bulbs to replace the stock. Good for about an hour then I got a check light display pop up and the right hand bulb is out. Upon closer inspection there is a grey wire that looks to be fried in the center where there it looks to be a potential resonator and is surrounded by black tape.
I am not the best when it comes to this stuff! Can someone point me in the right direction of what will need to be replaced and parts I will need? Kind of clueless, not too sure if it needs just a new cable and will I have to yank the whole assembly out? Will this happen again if I use these lights and think something got overloaded, did not check the fuses...please help!!!
