W209 CLK55 Front&Rear Brakes Upgrades ??!!

Hey Guys,I Have W209 CLK55 04,i want to upgrade my brakes,so i got a great deal of W211 E55 Complete Set,caliperS front&rear,Discs Front&rear,pads front&rears,they are all in good used conditions.
I Wish it was a CLK55 05 Complete set or CLK63,it would be plug and play, so since its W211 E55 brakes complete set, does it need a lot of modification ??? Too much money needed to make it work ?? Anyone has done this ??? Too Much work needed ?? Thanks For Any Help !

I've read of folks adapting diff brakes to diff models with adapters etc.....
Being a somewhat conservative guy when it comes to something as critical as brakes and the fact we carry psgrs around.... I hesitate to "adapt" something to my car for fear of the worst case scenario......

I too am on the hunt for an upgrade that does not involve the cost of a good used W210 E55 to make happen ......

BTW - the stock clk55 04 AMG brakes are quite good for daily driver, spirited driving if up to snuff and fresh fluid...... . but not for road racing or the bling looks.

For many reasons im thinking about this, for exp the offer i got for that W211 E55 Complete set is 1200$(which is toooo cheapp),the guy house is far from my house like 20 mins time, comparing to ebay price is around 2000$ for only the front and rear calipers. The offer i got is complete,as i told u,calipers, discs and pads...But I wish it was for 05 CLK55,it would be plug and play....The guy is traveling and he dont want to keep that in the garage,so he said offer a price,i reply him 1200$,he say pay this and take it,but im just thinking about the modifications to make it work...

looked into this... could pick up a set for US$800 like yours but backed out after investigating fitting it. Especially because you need to make up custom brackets. In case of serious braking i want to be 100% confident about my brakes and like this I just couldn't... you are playing with your life. Save the $1200 and put it towards a proper bolt on set... thats what i'd do

mmmm...Ur right,im not obligated to do it now, maybe from now till i make the sc swap i will find 05 CLK55 full set brakes or CLK63 then it will be plug and play.... So will be better to wait and let this go,because as u said it way dangerous to take a risk with such thing, the brakes is the most important thing specially in a AMG car...Thanks Nardo for ur advice
