Hi All,
Up for sale is my car (silver/black interior and top) which is a unmodified 2007 with 39,400 miles that I purchased as a CPO in April 2011. It has all options (including bluetooth puck for cell phone connection) except parktronics. I just put new tires/wheels on it this past April. I replaced the front rotors/brakes last year and have the replacements for the rear to install when ready. Just had a major service at MB including transmission flush and new battery in April. I have a Platinum $100 deductible Member's Choice Warranty (same one sold by CarMax) that is exclusionary and can be used most anywhere (my local MB dealership service guy ok'ed it and said lots of customers buy/use it). There is a $30 transfer fee and it is good until 5/1/2017 or 93,529 miles. It has two or three minor dings and is otherwise in very good condition for a 6/7 year old car. I believe at $35k it is a steal. Let me know if you are interested.
