w208 CLK55 Steering Wheel
The perforation on the top of my steering wheel is beginning to fall apart and I was wondering what everyone recommended for a fix. I don't really want to buy a a whole new wheel because they are so pricey. Is this a cheap fix to repair just the perforated part or does anyone have a wheel they are willing to let go for cheap? I've attached a picture of the bad part.

My 208 has this problem as well,
Looks like the seat head rest continues to rub on the wheel when the seat back is lifted forward.
I acquired a Honda project car with an Acura paddleshift wheel, and it was repaired with some craft store fine wire, The results were not perfect but suitable. I was considering using the crafting wire with a graft from an aftermarket wheel cover. (!@#$, another project). LOL It might make a good DIY thread.
W210 wheels are reasonable but not sport W208, very compatible though.
The Honda is long gone.
