Are CLK63 BS seats same as C63 AMG?

Are CLK63 BS seats same as C63 AMG?
I dont know if you guys have ever noticed but the Black series CLK seats (USA Spec) and C63 seats look identical 
. (C63 MY 08-11) Does any MB expert know if this is true? Reason I ask is I have known people who put w209 seats in their w203. With that said, if the w209 BS is the same seat as the C63, it would be somewhat easier to find a seat and fit it into my C55 AMG I'm going to purchase. I attached pic of BS seat and C63 Seat.
Any info or help is appreciated guys
