How much would all of this cost to repair my 02 CLK430? And how much is my car worth?
-Check engine light: Codes P0422 and P0432
-Driver/Passenger seat wont slide back and forth (But mid section and head rest function properly).
-Mid size crack on the right side of the windshield
-The lights on my rear view mirrors for when I turn signals are out.
-Needs more lube/grease for the sunroof to operate more smoothly.
-Small scratch on the bottom left side bumper
-The small headlight on the left is a different color from the other ones (i think someone put a different color bulb in it).
-Installation of front plate (my state requires front + back plates, but mine has no brackets to hold the plate).
-The circle round part of the emblem on the back needs to be reinstalled
If I dont fix any of these, how much do you think my car would be worth? It works and drives fine, its just if you keep driving with the check engine light on, it could possibly lead to the catalytic converter which I heard is $1000+ fix..
Thanks for your time and help!

1- You have codes for bad O2 sensors or cat converters. They are simple to change once you get them loose and there are DIY's online for changing them. The cat's are more complicated. If you're on a budget I would recommend Magnaflow universal high flow cats and having them welded in by a custom exhaust shop.
2- You will have to replace the fore/aft motors. If you are lucky you may just have dirty tracks. A can of WD40 and a rubber mallet will fix it. Generously lube the tracks while having someone push the fore button while pushing the seat forward. Tap the motor with some force. Repeat in reverse. You may see a puff of smoke from the motor as it comes back to life. This process will take 45 min to an hour of working the seat motor.
3- You will need to get your own quotes. Make sure you have a good installer using good glass. Pilkington is a good brand.
4- You should be able to DIY not going to elaborate
5- Self explanitory
6- Touch up paint, rubbing compound and orbital buffer should do the trick
7- Bulb change self explanatory
8/9- Source parts and install
