AMG CLK63 Oil consumption

Can anybody tell me the approximate amount of oil my 2006 AMG CLK63 should use it has done 75,000Km. It seems to be using a lot of oil, I would say it has used a litre of 5w 40 oil in 600km ?

1 liter in 600Km is really excessive. I think the MB tolerance is 1 liter for 1000km, and it is already excessive.
If you have no leak, you should consider to had the Weistec Air/Oil separator, because some of the oii you loose, must be in your intake.
Oil consumption depends on how you use your engine. For example on track the consumption is higher.
My CLK 63 (2008) had used around 1,5 liters in 10000km, with approximately 40% city and 55% roads and highways and 5% track

I use Pennrite 5w 40 fully synthetic oil and the exhaust doesn't blow any smoke on start up or when driving.

If you have not leak, if your engine is not recovered of oil, if the exhaust doesn't smoke, the oil can be in your intake, but not in this quantity. The oil you lose need to go somewhere.
Perhaps you should go to see a pro to check your engine

Take the car for long drive 100-200 miles highway driving, then return and get the oil changed. Drain from the pan and also the oil cooler, put in 9.5 liters oil with fresh MB filter. Start the engine, shut off and remeasure the level after 1 hour sitting still in your parking place.
Drive as usual and measure the level every week in the same place you park, (level of course) the morning after driving the night before.
To use the amount you claim there would be tell tale blue smoke coming out of the exhaust, not heard of Pennrite oils but some oil will burn in a motor quicker than others, back to the why not use Mobil 1 and see if the consumption is reduced.
When changing the oil in my wifes CLK63 at 5000km the oil is drained into a radiator drain pan, new MB filter fresh oil is added to the motor then I pour the old oil back into the containers ( 2 jugs ) to see what the consumption is which to this day has been minimal , maybe a cup full if any. Any motor pushed hard enough will consume oil but more frequent oil changes will help, ie after tracking change the oil. Every one knows this or should know it. IMO
