I think I've got EGR problems, I've been researching for about 2weeks and can't find a definite solution.
Firstly, my code reader suggested the EGR PO404. So I removed the EGR and found it wasn't very dirty so I refitted it. My goal has always been to get rid of it and the DPF, so through searching I've currently got a 10k 1/4w resistor in the EGR's plug.
That's good because i now have no codes.
However, I have a different problem: around 2100rpm the car jerks badly. This only happens off boost. So I can avoid this very unpleasant jerk by manually changing up a gear or by using boost to pass through 2100rpm.
Any ideas what's going on?
