I removed the stock mid-pipes and manifolds. The photos are reference for W208 Folks.

Much to be gained from stock manifolds.
Port 4 drivers with cats removed. The Eurocharged header will dump on top of the steering box.
I am having a lot of fun, It has been a while since wrenching on anything. (nice workout). Only wish the outcome from this will enlighten a few in the process.

The Eurocharged headers will never fit a W208, I would highly recommend them for W209 or SLK, the collector angle is best suited for these chassis. maybe others
I wanted to hold one in place during the install but it was time to throw in the towel so to speak. I had to loosen the drivers motor mount for stock manifold removal and fitment of the modified E-bay. The Eurocharged header it too wide for either side of the engine compartment. Did not want to scratch or stress the Eurogharged Header as they will be sent back.
It was obvious from this view. Silver shield at the bottom is the gearbox
Wrapped Ebay looks decent hope the give some hp for the effort. I am not a good wrapper at x-mas time either.
It was fun for me now just have to piece the rest of the exhaust together with some new down pipe flanges.
Looks pretty good to me. I have found heat wrap is very difficult to apply. I would always get ceramic coating instead since it is way easier but heat wrap probably works much better.
I had the top speed pro 1 shorties from ebay on my 209 55. they provide an ok power gain above 3800 rpms. too bad they will only last a few months before they crack. I had mine welded and they broke again in just three weeks. the metal is just too thin on the ebay headers

This thread is actually OP by Eurocharged and I tried to keep it that way just attempt to clarify the fitment for the W208 guys/gals along with myself.
Eurocharged stood with me on this one and I was grateful for prompt resolution to our potential conflict. I have always felt comfortable with Eurocharged products and services. I will continue to do business with them especially after learning their commitment to us is what its all about.
I am sure there are some with mixed feelings and there will always be a sour customer and car to contend with.
