I read that. I am a bit lost with removing the bracket that holds the fender and bumper. it has a bolt and a rivot on it. I would appreciate it if you could tell me as well as show me how the fog lamps mount on the inside of the bumper looks like on another thread please.

First I removed the fog light mesh to get access to the bolts holding them to the car. Then I went to drivers side before turning the wheel all the way to the right to I can have good access to fender well to remove the plastic rivet with a flat head screw driver and remove the bolt in that holds the bumper inlace between the fender and bumper you will find the bracket. Then "vice-versa" on the other side to continue on the front of the car you will find 2 8mm bolts near the inner part of each headlight assembly. after this is done carefully remove front bumper making sure you pull each side with equal amounts of force

Can you measure the inner gap/spacing for me from the one tooth to the other pls?
Sorry been busy. Honestly i would just buy it for $10. It's not really worth the time and effort to make. If you still want measurements i can have a look next week. It's difficult to use a torque wrench as the whole assembly turns.

Didn't know its plastic. Will try and see if I can win. Thanks.

TW2 I would appreciate the details if you get time pls. I am a Diesel Mech so I can find the time to make it. Would cost me less than $10 plus shipping to my country for sure. Regarding the spring turning whilst tightening, I have experienced that on my Toyota. Had to loosen and redo the tightening sequence.

Here you go, hope this helps. Let me know if you need any other measurements. 14.0mm is the inner and 17.1mm is the outer. I used calipers to the nearest 0.05mm.

thanks TW2. Appreciate your time and editing work and measurements. Verniers are good enough for me. Don't need micrometres for this. Will get time to do this when I intend repairing a shock. As for now everything seems good
